大學(xué)簡(jiǎn)介

浙江大學(xué)成立于1897年，前身"求是書院"，是中國(guó)人最早自己創(chuàng)辦的新式高等學(xué)府之一。是首批進(jìn)入國(guó)家"211工程"和"985工程"建設(shè)的重點(diǎn)大學(xué)之一。在長(zhǎng)期的辦學(xué)過(guò)程中，浙江大學(xué)以嚴(yán)謹(jǐn)?shù)那笫菍W(xué)風(fēng)培養(yǎng)了大批優(yōu)秀人才，以執(zhí)著的創(chuàng)新精神創(chuàng)造出了豐碩成果。

浙江大學(xué)師資隊(duì)伍整體力量雄厚?，F(xiàn)有中國(guó)科學(xué)院院士15名，中國(guó)工程院院士12名，973項(xiàng)目首席科學(xué)家9名，長(zhǎng)江特聘（講座）教授51名，杰出青年基金獲得者67名。高水平的研究生導(dǎo)師隊(duì)伍和良好的科研實(shí)驗(yàn)條件，為開(kāi)展高水平的研究生教育打下了堅(jiān)實(shí)的基礎(chǔ)。

系所簡(jiǎn)介

旅游管理系現(xiàn)有教師20人，其中博士研究生導(dǎo)師1人，教授5人，副教授8人，講師6人，師資博士后1人。設(shè)有旅游研究所和飯店管理研究所，在多年的研究、教學(xué)和實(shí)踐中，確立了中國(guó)飯店優(yōu)化管理模式研究，旅游開(kāi)發(fā)、規(guī)劃與戰(zhàn)略研究，旅游與休閑消費(fèi)行為研究等三個(gè)主要的特色鮮明的研究方向，并在融城市規(guī)劃、建筑設(shè)計(jì)、景觀規(guī)劃于旅游規(guī)劃的旅游規(guī)劃交叉研究，融飯店規(guī)劃、設(shè)計(jì)、建設(shè)、運(yùn)行于一體的飯店綜合發(fā)展研究，融節(jié)慶、會(huì)展、專題活動(dòng)、民俗活動(dòng)、文化活動(dòng)、藝術(shù)活動(dòng)的設(shè)計(jì)、規(guī)劃、管理于一體的旅游社會(huì)文化活動(dòng)研究方面形成了自己的研究?jī)?yōu)勢(shì)。

概況

近年來(lái)，旅游管理系承擔(dān)國(guó)家、省市及企業(yè)各類研究項(xiàng)目80余項(xiàng)，發(fā)表論文160余篇，出版專著、教材24部。

旅游管理系不僅培養(yǎng)（旅游）管理學(xué)士、碩士、博士、博士后，而且是國(guó)家旅游局全國(guó)旅游飯店總經(jīng)理崗位培訓(xùn)基地、全國(guó)旅行社總經(jīng)理崗位培訓(xùn)基地、全國(guó)旅游飯店銷售部經(jīng)理崗位培訓(xùn)基地。旅游管理系立足浙江省，面向全國(guó)，為旅游業(yè)的發(fā)展著力打造、培養(yǎng)和輸送了大批德才兼?zhèn)涞闹懈呒?jí)旅游管理人才、教育人才和科研人才。

旅游管理系堅(jiān)持教學(xué)、科研、實(shí)踐并重原則，以領(lǐng)先的科研為基礎(chǔ)，把為全國(guó)旅游企業(yè)和政府旅游主管部門提供咨詢與服務(wù)作為己任，并在咨詢實(shí)踐中取得了良好的企業(yè)效益、社會(huì)效益。

本科專業(yè)核心課程：管理學(xué)、旅游學(xué)、飯店管理、旅行社管理、旅游規(guī)劃與開(kāi)發(fā)、旅游景區(qū)管理、休閑學(xué)、會(huì)展與節(jié)事管理、市場(chǎng)營(yíng)銷、財(cái)務(wù)管理、人力資源管理、管理信息系統(tǒng)等。

The Department of Tourism Management

The Department of Tourism Management was founded in 1980. It offered, in the field of tourism management, the first bachelor's degree program in China sponsored by China National Tourism Administration, and the first master's degree program. It has been authorized to award the doctoral degree and is also the first to take in postdoctoral researchers in this field.

The department has 20 faculty members, of whom 5 are professors, 1 being supervisor in doctoral programs, 8 associate professors, 6 lecturers and 1 postdoctoral teacher. It includes two research units: the Institute of Tourism and the Institute of Hospitality Management. With more than 20 years of teaching, research and practice, the department has formed three distinctive research directions:

―Optimized Hospitality Management Mode in China;

―Tourism Development, Planning and Strategy;

－Tourism and Leisure Consumption Behavior.

The department has also achieved its distinctive superiority in cross-disciplinary research on tourism planning which integrates city planning, architecture design and landscape planning into it, in research on comprehensive development of hotels which involves hotel planning, design, construction and operation, and in research on cultural social tourism activities which include the design, planning and management of festivals, exhibitions, special events, folk custom activities, cultural and artistic activities. In recent years the faculty of the department have completed more than 80 research projects of national, provincial, and industrial level respectively, published more than 160 research papers and 24 academic books and textbooks.

The department is not only a training cradle for bachelors, masters, doctors and post doctors of (tourism) management, but also a training base designated by China National Tourism Administration for general managers and sales managers of tourist hotels and general managers of travel agencies. It has contributed a lot to the development of the country's tourism industry by turning out a large number of excellent research, teaching and managerial personnel with both ability and integrity.

The department adheres to the principle of laying equal stress on teaching, scientific research and practice. Based on the leading position in scientific research, taking providing consultation and services for government departments and various tourism enterprises around the country as its task, the department has made great contributions to enterprise profit and social profit.
